Refund policy
Due to the nature of our body care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Please note:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
• International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
